Anne Hathaway opened up about her family life during a new interview, something she rarely does since the actress likes to keep her loved ones’ lives private. Still, when she chatted with E! News earlier today, the Hollywood star shared a lot of details about her role in The Witches but also revealed what her older son thinks she does for a living!
While shooting the remake in which she portrays a witch, Anne was actually pregnant, something not many may be able to realize without her saying it.
According to her, the pregnancy actually helped her a lot get into character!
‘I have to say the hormonal surges worked to my advantage in this performance. Because those were the days where I was like, ‘I think she’s a little angry at this point. Yeah, I think she needs to scream,’’ she dished as per E! News.
The actress and mother of two, went on to mention that this second pregnancy felt ‘completely different’ from her first.
‘With my Jonathan [4], I was such a hobbit. I laid on the couch and I ate quesadillas and like, drank ice cream. Jack was completely different, with Jack I had a lot more energy.’
So will her kids be checking out movies in which she starred any time soon?
Anne made it very clear that she’ll only be allowing them to watch her films when they’re much older, in an attempt to prevent them from stumbling upon her ‘sexy’ roles.
That is when she revealed that ‘Right now, my son thinks I am a librarian and I work at a library. So, I will let him know at a certain point that…I am a different kind of storyteller.’
