Emily Middlemas Set To Kick Off Debut Headline Tour

Scottish singer-songwriter Emily Middlemas – possibly best known for finishing in fourth place in the most recent series of ‘The X Factor’ – is gearing up to commence the ‘Memory Lane Tour,’ her debut headline tour around the UK and Ireland.

On the show, she particularly impressed Judges at her initial audition, with an acoustic rendition of Stevie Wonder’s ‘Master Blaster.’ Following her performance, Judge Nicole Scherzinger went on to say that she was ‘entranced’ by Emily.

As the various stages of the show progressed, Emily had the opportunity to further showcase her phenomenal vocals. She made up one of the final three girls, mentored by Simon Cowell, and repeatedly impressed not only the judges, but also the public with performances such as ‘Creep’ and ‘Toxic.’

After finishing in fourth place on the show, Emily appeared on ‘The X Factor Live Tour,’ performing at arenas around the UK and Ireland throughout February and March.

She has built up a dedicated fan base, who have supported her during her time on ‘The X Factor’ and beyond. Now it’s time for Emily to embark on her own solo headline tour. Speaking about the tour, Emily says:

‘This is a tour just to say a massive thank you, personally to every single one of you guys. I am so excited to grow closer towards you all and get to know each city and the people who have been supporting me.

I will be taking a trip down memory lane for you all. Taking you all on a journey throughout my life. From lots of stories and songs I wrote and performed ever since I was 9 years old, till now. I can’t wait for you all to get to know who I really am.

This is a tour about being myself and I want all of you guys to do the same. A place to feel free, happy, to sing your little hearts out. I will make this so special for you all and I promise I will not let you down.’
